What we collect and why

What you type into a free worksheet stays in your browser and never reaches us. If you send the enquiry form we collect your name, your email, your company and what you wrote in it. If you open an account we hold the email you sign in with and the records you save.

Legal basis and sharing

Nobody. We are the vendor, not an introducer: your enquiry is not sold, shared or passed to a partner, and there is no third party waiting behind this form. Our payment processor sees what it needs to take the payment and nothing else.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from when they are sent, then deleted, and any copy held to pass an enquiry to a firm has the name, email, phone and message removed at the same point. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@clientvo.com. We respond within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK. Ellul Solutions Ltd's establishment in the EU is in Malta, so its lead supervisory authority in the EU is the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt); you can also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
